  • She is Head Lecturer of the area of Administrative Law at the University of Huelva. In relation to her teaching activity, we can highlight her participation in the Legal Module of the Official Master in Environmental Technology and Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency at the University of Huelva, as well as teaching in different Modules of the Interuniversity Master in Environmental law UHU-UNIA.
  • Among her lines of research, the most notable are: Environmental Administrative Law, and in particular, the evolution in environmental protection techniques and the transformation of Administrative Law institutions in the context of the risk society and information society. In this sense, she is the author of the Monograph La Gestión Ambiental compartida: función pública y mercado, Lex Nova, 2007, and numerous journal articles. In recent times, the most notable articles published on renewable energy, taking into account the framework established by the directive of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency, 2009, and her regular collaboration with the e-magazine Actualidad Jurídica Ambiental, in the section on Jurisprudence. Other lines are: Administrative simplification and procedure; Economic Public Law or Gender Antidiscrimination Law.
  • She recently participated in the DER2010-16543 Projects, on Administrative Procedures, administrative simplification and guarantee for those administered and DER2011-28994/JURI, Internal market, economic freedoms and environment.
